P Vasu is working hard to complete his Paramasivan to ensure its release this January. A major portion of the movie has been completed.

In a quick chat, P Vasu, says, 'I never expected an offer to direct Chandramukhi. It happened and brought me glory. So is Paramasivan. I am hopeful that it would also do a brisk business'.

Heaping praises on Ajith, Vasu says, 'he has shown a lot of commitment. Reduced 17 kilograms of his weight. Given his best in comedy, action and romantic sequences. Equally impressive has been Laila and Malayalam actor Jayaram.'

Asked about doing the Hindi remake of Chandramukhi, Vasu says, 'noted Telugu producer K S Ramarao will be producing the Hindi version, which I would be directing. Efforts are on to get Amitabh Bachchan to play the lead role'.
