Yogaraj Bhat top notch director as producer in Vasthu Prakara` has allocated profits of this film to two producers Kari Subbu and MN Kumar with whom he made his first film Mani` and second film Ranga SSLC` respectively. We are not the producers says the two producers Kari Subbu and MN Kumar.

It is a feast of good dialogues with lot of fun in the combination of Yogaraj Bhat and Navarasanayaka Jaggesh. One is known for writing dialogues and another one delivering it. The taste of fun in Vasthu Prakara` came up from Yogaraj Bhat with his dialogues in the film and songs. As of now the team of Vasthu Prakara` has come back from Switzerland and shooting in Bangalore for remaining portion. According to cameraman Santosh Rai Pathaje no one can ask for better landscape than Swtizerland.

Parul Yadav plays a tough lawyer in the combination of Jaggesh, Aishani is combination for Rakshit Shetty, TN Seetharam is Vasthu expert. Rakshit Shetty got make up and trim of his beard from senor actor Jaggesh. Jaggesh was not present for his neck pain.

Yogaraj Bhat the key spokesperson of the film Vasthu Prakara` remembered how the title got birth and later the script. It is a film for 25, 45 and 65 says Yogaraj. Rakshit and Jaggesh are main heroes of this film. Rakshit is against to his father TNS in Vasthu theory, Jaggesh giving up cricket bat company and switching over to mosquito bat is having a tug of war with heroine Parul Yadav. Ananthnag and Sudharani are estranged couple. There is another family in which a daughter tries to patch up estranged parents.

It is TNS Seetharam compared the caliber of Yogaraj Bhat to Puttanna Kanagal. He agreed to act in this film only because of Yogaraj Bhat.
