Varun Tej, who awaits the theatrical release of 'Ghani', is teaming up with director Praveen Sattaru of 'PSV Garuda Vega' fame. The untitled film was launched today.

"Charged, excited and looking forward for this jet-packed journey to begin," tweeted the director, announcing the project.

Sharing the news, Varun Tej tweeted, "To new beginnings. Let's get started." The genre and rest of the cast and crew details will be announced soon.

The launch event was graced by Naga Babu and Padmaja as chief guests. The film is produced by BVSN Prasad and has music by Mickey J Meyer.

Ghani, meanwhile, is slated to hit the screens on April 8. It's directed by debutant Kiran Korrapati. His 'F3' will be released on May 27. Praveen Sattaru is fast completing 'The Ghost' with Akkineni Nagarjuna in the lead.
