The audio launch event of Varun Tej's debut movie, 'Mukunda', has been held at Shilpa Kala Vedika in Hyderabad. Chiranjeevi launched the audio and gave the first copy to Sirivennela Seetharama Sastry.

Satyanand master, who trained Varun Tej in acting, has been felicitated on the stage. Satyanand said, "I never expected I will get a chance to speak at an occasion like this. It is only because of Chiranjeevi I am here. I am very fortunate that Chiranjeevi decided to train Pawan Kalyan under me and he became a Power Star. It is only because of him I became a star maker. I've been seeing Varun Tej from his childhood. He is a very talented actor. He is a missile coming from my institute. It is in the hands of audiences where they will place him. Audiences have received Sai Dharam Tej well and I hope Varun Tej will also be successful. I want him to be in the top 6. I wish him all the very best for his future. I thank everyone who Srikanth Addala and everyone who gave me this chance to speak".

Paruchuri Venkateswara Rao said, "Varun Tej is very fortunate to have such a good uncles and father. Chiranjeevi is a hardworker, Naga Babu's strength is his smile and Pawan Kalyan is very brave. I definitely say that Varun has a good future in this film. Srikanth Addala takes the audiences to another world with his film. I acted in this film and I want to act in his every film. I also suggest other actors to act in his direction. He is such a wonderful director. I am sure Varun Tej makes his dad's smile permanent with this film"

Harish Shankar said, "I've been in good relation with Naga Babu when I was working as an assistant director. I've been waiting to see him this day from then. Varun Tej is not only good looking, he works very hard. I am sure he will make it big. Rao Ramesh narrated some scenes from the film. After hearing them, I was jealous and angry on Sreekanth Addala. Because they are such good. Only for his dialogues I will watch this film two to three times. I wish the team all the very best".

Sirivennela Seetharama Sastry, who has been felicitated on the stage by Chiranjeevi, said, "The way Chiranjeevi rose to stardom without the support of anyone is really inspiring. He is a self luminous star and he made the others in his family stars. Today Pawan Kalyan is making waves all over the state with his stardom and political party. Srikanth Addala's film will not be different. They will be common. His stories come from common people. Talking with him is a pleasure to me. He has a good understanding of life and people. I wish this team all the very best".

Varun Tej said,"Thanks for fans, who are supporting our family for a long time. Srikanth Addala approached me for the hero role, as he thought I will be apt for the role. I thank the producers, actors and technicians, who have worked for our film. I thank everyone who is part of my first step. If I am here and speaking infront of big people, it is only because of my uncle Chiranjeevi. He rose to stardom without anyone's support. He is always my inspiration. Pawan Kalyan uncle couldn't make it to the audio launch as he is in Varanasi for the shoot of 'Gopala Gopala'. But he wished me through a message. I also thank Allu Arjun, Charan, Sai Dharam Tej who supported me. I also want to specially thank Satyanand master".

Chiranjeevi said, "There are no words for me to tell how I feel when I see the children who have grown up infront of me are talking so good without any pause. It is not because of the support of us, it is only because of the support of fans. We will be ever thankful to our fans. When Naga Babu was with me in 'Rakshasudu', my father asked me why I was bringing him, who studied law, to such an unpredictable industry. But I convinced him that if we work hard and sincerely in this industry, there are many opportunities here. I thought he will be a producer for me, but I never expected there was an actor in him. His dreams will be fulfilled with Varun Tej. Varun is very close to me and he growed up infront of me. He calls his mother and father, Amma and Naanna. But calls Surekha and me, Mummy and Daddy. He will have my blessings. I heard someone calling him Mega Prince. It sounds good. Pooja Hegde looks beautiful and he is working with Hrithik Roshan in her next film. She has a bright future. Srikanth Addala's films give a pleasant feel. Unlike many directors, his thoughts are original. I wish the whole team all the very best'".

Chiranjeevi added that as his wife Surekha is not well and is in hospital for a small surgery, Ram Charan couldn't attend the event.

Naga Babu said, "Until my brother Chiranjeevi's blessings, Pawan Kalyan's power, Bunny's energy, Charan and Sai Dharam Tej's love are with Varun Tej, he will be successful. Though Srikanth Addala has to face problems, he stayed strong and worked for this film. Sirivennela is the person, who I respect most in the industry. He penned all the songs for my first film as a producer,'Rudraveena', and now for 'Mukunda'. We are really fortunate.I hope everyone will bless Varun Tej".
