'Mister' Pre - Release Event (Set-1) Gallery

The pre-release event of 'Mister' was today held in Hyderabad. With Megastar Chiranjeevi as the chief guest, the event saw the attendance of the film's cast and crew, besides Dil Raju, Naga Babu, Niharika Konidela and others.

Lavanya Tripathi said, "Chandramukhi is entirely different from the characters I have done so far. It was a dream-come-true for me to work with Sreenu Vaitla sir. I enjoyed every scene of the movie. Varun Tej is one of the most amazing co-stars I have worked with. Hebbah is a wonderful co-heroine. I wish her all the luck. The DOP garu has shown us so beautifully. Mickey has given a wonderful album".

Hebbah said, "Getting to work with Vaitla sir after 'Kumari 21F' feels great. This has been a life-changing journey. I am grateful that I got to meet everyone associated with 'Mister'. Varun is my dream co-star. If you are doing a movie with two heroines, the other one has to be Lavanya. Roopa Vaitla has been with me since the beginning. Without Kiran, the co-director, this movie wouldn't have happened to me".

Niharika Konidela said, "The production values are high. I am glad that 'annayya' has worked in this banner. All the best to Sreenu Vaitla garu. I think this is going to be the best movie in which 'annayya' has worked. He is looking handsome in 'Mister'. I know this one will become a big hit".

Character artiste Banarjee said, "Chiranjeevi garu is the only person who came from the most humble background and grew on to become a Megastar. I have wanted to tell this on dais for 20 years. I at last got the opportunity to say this in his presence. If his life story is made into a film, it will be a commercial, sentimental and entertaining movie. I think our writers can do that by learning more about his travails and how he overcame them. That will make for a great biopic".

Sreenu Vaitla said, "Whenever Chiranjeevi garu's name is said, I remember only one word, 'Khaidi'. After 33 years, he created sensation with a film with the same title. He is a 'jeevitha khaidi' in our hearts. I didn't make this film 'Mister' because I was desperate for a hit. I thank Gopi Mohan and Sreedhar Seepana. Mickey has given excellent songs, and his BGM is surprising. I thank art director AS Prakash. I thank Stunt Shiva, Vijay and Venkat. Everyone worked for 'Mister' with love. All the actors put in a dedicated effort. I had always wanted to do a film with Varun. He is a genuine actor. He is a very natural actor. He has a lot of ease".

Naga Babu said, "I like Mickey's music. This film will surely be a hit. Sreenu Vaitla garu once promised me that he will do a film with Varun. I thank him for keeping his word".

Varun Tej said, "I have always tried to do films with a difference. Some of them worked, others didn't. But your (fans) support has always been there. Firstly, I would like to thank Sreenu Vaitla garu. It was when I was in my teens that he promised dad that he will work with me. I have only a few friends in the industry. Mickey is one of them. My dance masters made him dance well to the extent I could. The direction department worked so well that I felt it easy. Daddy (Chiranjeevi) was the first person who came to my mind when we wanted to invite a chief guest for today's event. With the success of 'Khaidi No. 150', we all regained strength. We came out raising our collars after watching the movie. Babai's (Pawan Kalyan) upcoming movies will also be big hits. I thank my bro (Charan) for the constant support".

Megastar Chiranjeevi said, "I am very happy to take part in the event today. I always tell Varun that you shouldn't be complacent looking at us and the fans. I tell him that he should always believe in his perspiration. I tell him he should take calculated steps and not do every film that comes his way. Nallamalapu Bujji and Tagore Madhu are a deadly combination; they have a thorough understanding. Their cooperation is their first success. Comedy is my favourite genre. Sreenu Vaitla knows how to deal it well. I am glad we got to do 'Andarivadu'. It was he who insisted that I play a guest role in 'Bruce Lee'. 'Khaidi No. 150' was not my comeback movie.

It was 'Bruce Lee' which gave me the confidence that I can do it. He knows mass pulse as well. Mahesh Babu's 'Dookudu' is an example. I am sure that he is delivering the goods with 'Mister'. He will prove his 'sattha' with this movie. Mickey has always been known for his class touch. And the songs in 'Mister' prove that he has mass touch as well. I convey my wishes to story-writer Gopi Mohan and dialogue-writer Sreedhar (Seepana). Lavanya Tripathi and Hebbah Patel are looking glamorous. I think Varun is choosing movies keeping in mind all sections of audience. 'Kanche' and 'Loafer' prove that. Now, 'Mister' is proving it again".
