K Raghavendra Rao's choice of heroine(s) is always awaited with enthusiasm by his legions of fans. With his next film announced, his fans and the audience in general, are waiting to know as to who will be seen with Nagarjuna and other actors in Namo Venkateshaya (tentatively titled). The buzz doing the rounds is that it's Pragya Jaiswal of Kanche fame. KRR apparently liked Pragya's screen presence and feels she has the grace to pull off the role he has in mind. If Pragya indeed manages to bag this film, it will be a potential game-changer for her.

The film, based on the legend of Haathi Ram Babaji, will be a mix of fact and fiction.

Nagarjuna confirmed recently that this devotional will go on the floors sometime in June. Meanwhile, the song recording of this film was started on April 22.
