Varudu is a prestigious project for everyone from Guna Sekhar and DVV Danaiah to Allu Arjun and the debutante heroine. The ambitious film, which will set a record of sorts when it releases with 300 prints on the 31st of this month, is set to go digital.

This is perhaps the first Telugu film to release with as many as 60 digital prints on the same day. The mega-budgeted movie is promised to be high with content and extravaganza.

As is well-known, Varudu will see a grand theatrical release even in the US, with 25 preview screenings scheduled on the occasion of its release.

It is not yet known as to what is the cost of the oh-so-many-prints, but it is estimated that it runs beyond Rs. 3 cr.

In fact, just for the visual treats, the producers are learnt to have spent a bomb!
