'Varudu' set ransacked

After Manchu Manoj's film, Allu Arjun's Varudu was the target of the ire of pro-T agitators. Some activists, who identified themselves as belonging to the TRS and the ABVP, rammed their way into the shooting spot at Anazpur, Hayathnagar, and destroyed the shooting equipment there.

Their raised slogans in favour of Telangana and against Chiranjeevi and Allu Arjun. It is known that the PRP leader is in the thick of the Samaikhya Andhra agitation and this has translated into boycotting his son's flick Magadheera and Allu Arjun's Arya2 in the Telangana region.

Not satisfied with the boycott, violent T-supporters caused havoc at the shooting spot of Varudu, Arjun's forthcoming film, and warned that those actors who hail from the Andhra region and do not support Statehood for T, will be boycotted.

After coming to know that Allu Arjun was not present at the spot, they went away before the police reached the spot.

KCR replies Mohan Babu, even harsher

Seems that Mohan Babu and KCR are bringing vitriolic sparring to an all-time low. If Mohan Babu asked KCR if he thought that Hyderabad belonged to his maternal uncle, KCR replied back saying that those who opine that the city doesn't belong to Telangana will have their tongues cut.

Mohan Babu responds harshly

Following the attack on his sons and daughter, actor-producer Mohan Babu reacted sharply, later in the evening. Targetting KCR and his party, the actor said that Hyderabad was not the personal property of the TRS leader and that it belonged to the Muslims (never question what logic the unreasonable actor uses here).
