The visual effects extravaganza 'Varna' starring Arya and Anushka, produced by Pearl V Potluri's PVP, directed by Selva Raghavan has finished the shoot and is going thru Post Production phase. While PVP comes straight from the success of 'Balupu', Selva has delivered the award-winning 'Mayakkam Enna'. The director has given two straight hits in Telugu before with '7/G Brindavan Colony' and 'Aadavari matalaku ardhale verule'

Director Selva Raghavan said 'Melody Master Harris Jayaraj has composed the music which is already a sensation in Tamil and we are sure it will rock the Telugu listeners too. Lyrics by Chandra Bose will be additional attraction in Telugu. Rerecording is done in a Budapest studio where several Hollywood music compositions were created'.

Producer Prasad V Potluri added 'The movie has the never-seen-before visual effects on Indian screen with Keith Devlin and his team producing the VFX. The movie was shot in exquisite locales, has compelling performances from Anushka and Arya and Raji’s breathtaking camera work will help the film create new benchmarks in Telugu cinema. The makers are planning to launch the audio on the 26th October in the presence of stalwarts in Silpa Kala Vedika and release the film in November'
