Thalapathy Vijay's 'Varisu' is all set to release in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi on January 12th 2023 ahead of the Pongal holidays. The film is locking horns with Ajith Kumar's 'Thunivu' at the box office and neutral fans are anticipating a double festive treat.

Meanwhile the strategic promotions for 'Varisu' is in full swing with two singles 'Ranjithame' and 'Thee Thalapathy' already going viral and trending high. The grand audio launch function is fixed on December 24th at the Nehru Indoor Stadium in Chennai.

As reported by us much earlier to you Seven Screen Studios which has procured the Tamil Nadu theatrical release rights of 'Varisu' is on a promotional spree with huge hoardings placed at several important landmarks in the state. The next step is innovative advertisement which has started by pasting huge posters on the Chennai Metro trains.

A video of the Metro Trains moving carrying the 'Varisu' posters has been offiically released and has gone viral. The same method will be followed with 500 public transport buses, interstate trains and a few international flights as well.

'Varisu' directed by Vamshi Paidipally is produced by Dil Raju with Thaman scoring the music. The films stars Vijay and Rashmika Mandanna as the lead pair supported by top and ensemble cast of top actors that includes Prabhu, Sarathkumar, Srikanth, Shaam, Yogi babu, Jayasudha, Khusbhu, Meena, Samyuktha, Sangeetha, Prakash Raj and S.J. Suryah.
