Thalapathy Vijay's charismatic screen presence powered his latest family entertainer 'Varisu' to the magical rupees three hundred crores mark at the worldwide box office. Though the film received mixed reviews it has completed fifty days theatrical run even after its OTT release.
Meanwhile Amazon Prime Video has released a deleted scene from 'Varisu' which is mass overloaded to say the least. Prakash Raj is seen chilling out in his luxurious corporate office when Vijay's entry is announced to him. The main villain orders his staff to make his rival approach him through the main office so that they can witness his defeat. Vijay in a humble voice begs the rival businessman not to damage his family and keep his revenge strictly business.
However Prakash Raj further insults the hero and tells him that he will stop if the family head Sarathkumar will visit his office and beg at his feet. It is then that Vijay transforms his body language from humble to mass and hits back at the villain. He tells him that the game of Kabaddi begins from that moment referring to the duo's climax fight in 'Ghilli'. The Thalapathy then kicks open the glass door and walks out with swag showing the entire office that he has the upper hand.
'Varisu' directed by Vamshi Paidipally is produced by Dil Raju with Thaman scoring the music. The film has Vijay and Rashmika Mandanna as the lead pair supported by Prabhu, Sarathkumar, Jayasudha, Shaam, Srikanth, Yogi Babu, Sangeetha Krish, VTV Ganesh, Prakash Raj and S.J. Suryah. The film currently streaming on Amazon Prime Video.
