Varalaxmi Sarathkumar in her recent social media post said that she is tired with the media's obsession over her marriage. She asked them to back off on her wedding rumours and why it should be an issue?

She also said that she would gladly announce her marriage for world to witness, whenever it happens. She doesn't have to hide or marry secretly, she remarked.

She has been subject of interest for many gossip columns and tabloids as well, over the years about her relationship with Vishal and her friendship with Simbu as well.

She stated that she was asked for sexual favours, even though she is daughter of Sarathkumar and started Shakti initiative to encourage women to follow their dreams against odds. But media has been more interested in her personal life and that seems to be bothering her more now.

Well, it is better to give celebrities their own space than just poke them for gossips or create some kind of stories.
