Actress Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, the daughter of senior actor Sarathkumar had made her debut with Poda Podi starring Simbu, and had acted in many movies such as Vikram Vedha, Sarkar and Sandakozhi 2 and now has completed the milestone of twenty five movies.

On reaching twenty five movies, the actress has posted a heartfelt note on Twitter. She had written "It has been a long and difficult journey. They say good things are never easy to get and it holds true in my case. But dreams do come true. I have worked hard to the best of my ability. I have faced many challenges to get to this point of my life. Now to think that I have completed 25 films seems like a huge benchmark to me."

Thank you because, your negativity made me stronger and stubborn to prove that you are wrong. Thank you to all my loving fans who have supported me, loved me and grown with me. I want to thank all my directors and producers who had faith in me and believed in my unconditionally. I want to thank God for for having blessed me with so much joy, love, success and positivity.

I want to thank my amazing makeup artist Ramesh Anna and my entire staff that stuck with me through the good and bad. I feel blessed having completed 25 films. I will strive to do better always and dedicate myself to entertaining you to the best of my ability." concluded Varalaxmi.
