Varalakshmi Sarathkumar has carved a niche for herself as one of the boldest actresses in Kollywood who tries to infuse freshness in her characters and never opts for a run on the mill stuff.  Her personal life has been filled with speculations for many years that she and Vishal who are childhood friends were seeing each other and would eventually tie the knot.

The Varu-Vishal rumour finally ended when the latter got engaged to Telugu actress and producer Anisha Alla Reddy.  Now news from authentic sources have revealed that Varu recently fell in love with a businessman who is associated with Indian cricket.

It is said that the Sarathkumar family and the boy's parents go back a long way and the children too had known each other well but only recently romance sparked between the duo.  It also said that the groom is a close friend of Indian cricketers M.S. Dhoni and Virat Kohli.

According to the sources both the families have happily agreed to the union and have planned to conduct the marriage as soon as the coronavirus lockdown ends.  The bigwigs of the Indian film industry and the cricketing world will attend the grand function. It is worth mentioning that Varu's step-sister Rayane is also married to a cricketer Abhinav Mukund.

A spokesperson for Varu has since clarified to us that the actress has no plans to marry any time now and is concentrating on her career and that the reports circulating now is false.
