'Vande Matharam' in 350 centres

The Mammootty-Arjun-Sneha movie ‘Vande Matharam’ which was in the making for the last three years, will get into theatres by the 15th of July. An action packed patriotic movie, ‘Vande Matharam’ will open in 350 centres on the same day simultaneously in centres of Tamil Nadu and Kerala.

Produced by Pankaj Pictures Henry, who had created two big hits with Mammootty in ‘Yavanika’ (1982) and ‘Marumalrchi (2002)’, the new movie was completed in ten schedules shooting over 100 days. .

The film directed by T. Aravind features Sneha in female lead. Malayalam actors Jagadish, Kalabhavan Mani, late Rajan P Dev, Atul Kulkarni, and Jai Akash are in supporting roles. Rajesh Yadav is the cameraman and D Imman has scored the music for the four songs of the movie.

The highlight of the movie includes the scenes shot inside Chennai central jail and a patriotic song ‘Vande Matharam’ sung by ten playback singers. Time Ads is the distributor of the movie in Kerala who will present it to 90 screens.
