The film industry on side has all the glamour and riches but the other side is the exact opposite filled with struggles and tears. An actress who starred in Simbu's 'Vallavan' movie released in 2006 is now a struggling single mother who drives a Ola taxi to feed her two children.
'Vallavan' directed by Simbu starred him alongside three heroines Nayanthara, Kadhal Sandhiya, and Reema Sen. In one of the comedy scenes of this film Santhanam who plays the comedian will throw a paper at the school girls and one of them would advice him to write a romantic note and throw which provided some humour at the time and the actress was applauded.
Lakshmi who played the school girl is the one who has turned a taxi driver and recently actor Kadhal Sukumar met her in Kodaikanal during the shoot of a movie in which he is playing the lead. He has immediately posted the news on his facebook page writing that the actress is very talented and has asked his industry friends and others to provide her roles.
Lakshmi who apparently fell in love with a person and married him unfortunately separated from him after the birth of her second child and is now on the brink of poverty. Sukumar's gesture is being lauded by netizens who are cheering the girl to make a comeback in films.
