Ajith Kumar starrer 'Valimai' is the next most-anticipated film in the south Indian film industry. The makers are pouring massive updates on the fans recently. Ahead of the grand theatrical release for Pongal, the Amma song and high-octane stunt making video were released which became a viral hit.

Now, the uber-cool "Whistle Theme" from the intense action-thriller just debuted on the internet. While the fans expected the full version of whistle BGM from the motion poster, the new theme was all different and energetic to the surprise of the fans. The lyric video of the track was very stylish and AK's exclusive pics from Valimai sequences added more grace.

Valimai is censored with a U/A certificate from the CBFC. It is said that due to the extreme stunts in the action sequences and the core theme of drug trafficking the team could not get a universal 'U' certificate. Yuvan Shankar Raja scored the music. Ajith Kumar essays a cop role in this movie while the baddie Kartikeya plays an outlaw biker involved in drug trafficking.

Valimai, directed by H Vinoth, stars Huma Qureshi, Karthikeya, Bani, Sumithra, Achyunth Kumar, Yogi Babu, Cook with Comali fame Pugazh and Raj Ayyappa among others. Nirav Shah has handled the cinematography and Vijay Velukkutty takes care of the editing. The film is co-produced by Zee Studios and Boney Kapoor's Bayview Projects LLP.
