Actor Ajith who was last seen on screen in Ner Konda paarvai directed by H Vinoth and produced by Boney Kapoor has once again teamed up with the same director and producer for his 60th movie Valimai which began shooting last year and is being shot in Chennai.

After starting shoot in Hyderabad's Ramoji Film City and now with a schedule happening in Chennai, it has been said that Valimai team will be moving to Switzerland in April to shoot several scenes including two racing scenes involving Thala Ajith.

Valimai will have Ajith playing a police officer, and the movie as per reports will have Huma Qureshi who had debuted in Tamil in Kaala as the female lead. Valimai has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja and cinematography by Nirav Shah and is set to release on Diwali.
