'Vajrakaya vs Ranna' - Shiv vs Sudeep

It is a battle in the box office between Karuna Chakravarthi' Dr Shivarajakumar and Abhinaya Chakravarthy' Kichcha Sudeep via Vajrakaya and Ranna respectively. On Friday advertisements both Vajrakaya' and Ranna' claim as Mundina Badalavane' - next change in theatres. Apparently both the films have not got the censor approval. Both the films releasing on the same day is ruled out as theatre paucity would harm the producers. It will be one week difference in release of the two films says the sources. One of the two films is sure to hit the silver screen in May month of 2015.

Dr Shivarajakumar in dance director Harsha direction Vajrakaya' is an original film while Kichcha Sudeep in Nandakishore direction Ranna' is a remake of Attarintiki Daaredi'. Both Vajrakaya' producer Dr CR Manohar and M Chandrasekhar of Ranna' are quite old in the field of business of entertainment. Vajrakaya' and Ranna' have strong elements to pull the mass audience.
