Vaisshnav Tej awaits the release of 'Uppena' on February 12. Ahead of its release, Naga Babu has revealed some interesting tidbits.
"Vaisshnav was unsure about what he wanted to do in life. I don't know when exactly he wanted to turn an actor. He has got special features; he looks like my father. He is lucky. None of us have got his features," Naga Babu said.
The former 'Jabardasth' judge revealed that Tej has learned Thai boxing, thanks to Pawan Kalyan's support. "Kalyan Babu wanted Tej to have fitness training. Tej never questions when asked to do something. He worked on Thai boxing vigorously for 8-9 months. I have seen the visuals of his Thai boxing. I was amazed," Naga Babu said.
"We didn't visit the sets of 'Uppena' even once because he had told us not to do. Some of us in the family are too shy to act in front of family members. Last year, during the pandemic, I was worried for Tej because 'Uppena' was getting postponed. Fortunately, every bad phase has an end. And 'Uppena' is finally releasing. 'Solo Brathuke So Better' became a hit. Films like 'Krack' and '30 Rojullo Preminchadam Ela', too, have been a hit," Naga Babu added.
The Mega Brother added that Ram Charan has given positive feedback about 'Uppena'.
