Director Sundar.C.'s horror flick 'Aranmanai 2' managed to emerge commercially successful despite getting mixed reviews from critics. The film matched the expectation of family audience and kids and made. The film was produced by Sundar.C's home banner Avni Cinemax.

The next production venture of Avni is 'Naan Pei Pesuren' directed by S.Basker a former associate of Sundar. This film starring Aishwarya Rajesh of 'Kaaka Muttai' fame and Vaibhav in lead roles falls under the horror comedy genre and is centred around a mobile phone .Oviya plays another female lead in the film.

The film has an ensemble supporting cast of Karunakaran. VTV Ganesh, Singampuli and others. Siddharth Vipin has scored music for the film and versatile actor Vijay Sethupathi has crooned a song in the film.

'Naan Pei Pesuren' is fast nearing completion and the film is all set to hit the screens on April 1, 2016.
