Vaigai Puyal Vadivelu combined with Superstar Rajinikanth in Chandramukhi` and the chemistry between the two was one of the major highlight of the blockbuster. He also did a role in Kuberan`.

Now, a leading English/Tamil daily has carried an interview with Vadivelu in which he has revealed that he is a part of 2.0` directed by Shankar. However we will know if it is a cameo or full fledged role only when official confirmation comes but if it is true then fans are in for a laugh fest with Thalaivar and Vadivelu together.
