The entire shooting of Vaigai Puyal Vadivelu`s Eli` is over and post production work is on in full swing while the audio is set to release shortly. The team of the comic caper has revealed some interesting tid bits about the film that is sure to have fans of Vadivelu in a frenzy.

Firstly the Comedy King alongwith heroine Sada has danced for the classic Hindi song Mere Sapnon ki Rani` in place of Superstar Rajesh Khanna and Sharmila Tagore. The producers have procured the rights for the song from Aradhana` and this is the first time a full Hindi song is being used in a Tamil film.

Vadivelu and Sada have performed another club song Kollai Azhagu Kotti Kidakku` on five different grand sets erected by Thotta Tharani. Stunt master Super Subbarayan has finished shooting a comedy fight in which Vadivelu has excelled in and had the whole unit in splits. Directed by Yuvaraj of Tenaliraman` fame Eli` is expected to release in the last week of May or the first week of June.
