Vadivelu to play his popular role again?

Comedian Vadivelu was last seen on screen in movies like Kaththi Sandai and Mersal, and was supposed to play the lead role in Imsai Arasan 24am Pulikecei, the sequel to his Imsai Arasan 23am Pulikecei.

Directed by Chimbudeven the movie ran into trouble and the shooting was getting delayed and this lead to issues between Vadivelu, and producers Shankar and Lyca. While he might not join the movie again, it was recently said he's making a comeback soon.

There was a news that Vadivelu might be part of Kamal Haasan's Thalaivan Irukkindraan, and now the latest speculation making rounds is that he might be seen playing his role Isakki from Thevar Magan(1992), and that the character will not be having a hand. An official clarification on this speculation is awaited.
