Vadivelu, Kollywood's legendary comedian, is back after his hiatus with 'Naai Sekar Returns'. The wait is over for the Vaigai Puyal fans all over the world as the highly anticipated film's trailer debuted on the internet today. The 2-minute-long video is a prologue to India's first dog kidnapper.

Naai Sekar is an iconic character played by Vadivelu in the 2006 film 'ThalaiNagaram' directed by Suraaj. The same filmmaker has made 'Naai Sekar Returns' in which the comedy stalwart plays a dog kidnapper. The trailer is filled with Vadivelu's unique brand of humour and quirky dialogue delivery.

Vadivelu was seen in multiple getups throughout the trailer. It also offers nostalgic moments of the veteran's benchmark comedy scenes. Santhosh Narayanan's background score using a song sung by Vaigai Puyal himself is a nice touch. Vignesh Vasu's visuals and Selva RK's cuts add strength to the trailer. The movie is produced by Subaskaran of Lyca productions.

The film also features Sivaangi Krishnakumar, Redin Kingsley, Prashanth Rangaswamy, Rao Ramesh, Anandaraj, Manobala, Shivani Narayanan, Munishkanth, Lollu Sabha Maaran, Lollu Sabha Seshu, RJ Vigneshkanth, Aarthy, Vijay TV Ramar, and others. Naai Sekar Returns will hit the screens on December 9.
