Actor Pavel Navageethan had made his debut in Pa Ranjith directorial Madras, and was later seen in key roles in movies like the national award winning Kuttram Kadithal, Jyothika starrer Magalir Mattum, Vetrimaran's Vada Chennai and this year in Ram's Peranbu.

The actor is now all set to make his debut as a director, with a murder mystery which has been titled as V1. Director Vetrimaran had recently released the colorful first look poster of the movie, featuring a kid holding balloons, a person holding case file, an unconscious woman and a cyclist.

The poster also had a game for the fans, to guess the murder date, and many had found from the poster that the date September 11 was mentioned in it. V1 will have Lijeesh who has acted in Pa Ranjith's Kabali and Madras in lead role, and will also star Linga, who has acted in Sethupathi and Sindhubaadh. More details on the cast and crew are awaited.
