Arun Prabhu Purushothaman a cousin of Sivakarthikeyan made a prestigious bow into Kollywood with his 'Aruvi' in 2018 touted as one one of the best 100 films in Tamil cinema history. The maverick director is back with his next 'Vaazl' jointly produced by himself and Sivakarthikeyan which is a travel and existential crisis themed movie that was completed in 75 days in various locations in India.

The just-released teaser of 'Vaazhl' has a collage of disjointed visuals that suggest that the hero Prakash played by the director himself embarks on a journey to discover life but gets embroiled in a hot controversy that becomes a highly debatable issue and questions his very existence and his life. The cinematography work by Shelley, music by Pradeepkumar Vijay and editing by Raymond Crasta gives the cut an international feel. The cast includes Pradeep Antony, TJ Bhanu, Aahrav, Diva Dhawan, Nithya, Sreeja, Inmozhi, Mayura and Babu.

Looks like Arun Prabu is ready to dazzle again with his sophomore project while Sivakarthikeyan has another winner for his production house after 'Kanaa' and 'Nenjamundu Nermaiyundu Odu Raja'.
