Vaayai Moodi Pesavum

He is probably one of the youngsters who showed the potential of stepping into the bigger league from short films with the debut itself. With an engaging script targeting the current generation youth, "KSY" was a monstrous hit for its entertaining screenplay and content.

The man in the spotlight is "Balaji Mohan" who is back with a bilingual in Tamil & Malayalam which has Nazriya and Mamooty's son Dulquer Salman making debut. The film also marks the re-entry point for yester year sizzling beauty Madhubala in a pivotal role.

Comedy has always been his forte, after Kadhalil Sodhapavuthu Epadi this time Balaji Mohan has come up with a comic central movie that trots around current social affairs and Political setup. When asked about the content and the base of the movie, the director retorts that this will be a film that criticizes how politics run in our country and the society that is made up by the current affairs faces the consequences.

As ironical the movie's film title is, the film will also see about the wide spread epidemic "Dumb Flu" that spreads across a village, where the people lose their speech! Why and when would be an answer to watch and find out.

Dulquer plays the ambitious sales guy tries his hand in selling a glue "Mr.Fix it". The dude looks fresh and promising not just with his looks but acting wise as well. He is no fresher in the cine field, with movies running through his blood he has already acted in more than ten Malayalam films and is counting his stars of Balaji Mohan. Well, the gal who is sizzling in both Tamil and Malayalam is Nazriya. Her acting prowess needs no detail and introduction, for she showed her mettle in Raja Rani hands down as a chirpy girl and from what we hear VMP has a lot in store.

The 90's Tamil cinema is never complete without Madhubala's Roja and Gentleman for the actress edged out the leading actresses of her time with her beautiful smile and elegance. She plays an important role in this movie much to the delight of her fans!

Sean Roldan has composed the music for this bilingual and a few of the songs are interestingly poised and sets the rightful ambience for a catchy visual. The Mr.Fix it is an abode of strings, note to leave out the "Shut up" song by the composer himself getting all freaky.

On the end note, Balaji promises a lot in store, conveying a message through comedy is something that registers better with the audiences and adapting to it's theme, VMP will be the film to watch out for!
