'Vaarasudu', the Sankranthi release, stars Thalapathy Vijay, our own Srikanth and 'Kick' fame Sham as brothers. Jayasudha plays their mother.

In his latest interview, Srikanth revealed that brother sentiment is the biggest emotional mainstay of the film. Calling the Vamsi Paidipally directorial a 100% family entertainer, Srikanth said that Prakash Raj plays a troublesome character who creates quarrels between the family members through his schemes.

Even though the film is a family drama, it is going to feature action scenes. "And the fights are situational. I have got a full-fledged role in the movie. I won't be seen doing fights, though," Srikanth said, adding that Vijay is a dedicated actor. "I watched his Tamil movies and happened to bump into him a couple of times. But it's only at the audio function of 'Varisu' in Chennai that I witnessed first-hand the immense craze that he enjoys," Srikanth said.

Rashmika Mandanna, Prabhu and others are part of the cast.

Srikanth is also doing Ram Charan's 15th movie, directed by Shankar.
