After her impressive performance in recently released romantic comedy 'Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui', Vaani Kapoor is now awaiting the release of her next film 'Shamshera' where she'll be seen sharing screen with Ranbir Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt. This period action flick is one of the most anticipated films of 2022 and Vaani is as excited about it as the fans are.

During a recent conversation with India Today, Vaani opened up about her experience of working alongside Ranbir Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt. She said, “At this moment there is very little I am allowed to reveal about Shamshera. But I can say that it is a period drama and it is my first time with Ranbir Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt and Karan Malhotra."

Vaani further added, "I have been a fan of his since Agneepath came out. For me, it is a very different cinematic experience to be part of a film like this. I have never done something like this before and it is very high on drama, intense and with a gamut of emotions. I am looking forward to it. It is out in March.”

Backed by Yash Raj Films, 'Shamshera' is supposed to release in March 2022 but looking at the recent developments in the pandemic situation, the film might get delayed.
