V creations - Kalaippuli S Thanu's tribute to National Award winner Suriya - Deets Inside

The 68th National Film Awards were announced on Friday in New Delhi. This year, Soorarai Pottru bagged the best feature film award as actors Suriya and Ajay Devgn shared the best actor award. Aparna Balamurali won the best actress award. To celebrate this great victory Kalaippili S Thanu of V creations has announced an interesting tribute.
Suriya has joined hands with Vetri Maaran and V creations for 'Vaadivaasal', and the film is reportedly based on the ancient sport Jallikattu. Suriya will be seen as a Jallikattu player, and he has bought two bulls to train for his character in the film. He also trained with bulls as the film's plot requires it.
Thani took to his official Twitter account and announced that a short BTS bull training video short during the rehearsal of Vaadivasal will be released today at 5.30to celebrate the national-level success of Suriya. The interesting part is, that Suriya is also celebrating his 47th birthday today.
On the other hand, Suriya is also shooting for his upcoming film Vanangaan directed by Bala. Produced by Suriya and Jyothika under the banner 2D Productions the movie features Suriya, Krithi Shetty and Mamitha Baiju in the lead roles. The music for the movie was composed by GV Prakash Kumar, while Balasubramaniam handles the cinematography.
