It has been a long battle at the court for change of title this Usirigintha`…Neene Hattira faced and two years plus in final outcome – hitting silver screen on Friday. Previously the film title NIMHANS` was objected by the government of India owned NIMHANS hospital authorities. It took more than six months for director and hero of the film Sooryakiran to get out of it.

Changing the title from one of the song lines of the film the team of Usirigintha` is hoping for something good in the box office. Sooryakiran worked in the camp of Yogaraj Bhat in the early days. He has made script for this film with the unique story of his friend life. In love how his friend gone mental but yet lived his life with another girl is the concept of this film.

The film was given U certificate by the regional censor board. When the title was NIMHANS the film was censored. For change of title it was another headache for director Sooryakiran to get ready several papers to convince Regional Censor regulations.

KM Prakash editing, Babu Khan Art, different Danny stunts, Madan Harini, Height Manju and Kambiraju choreography are part of this film.
