The latest documents circulating around the internet, provided by RadarOnline,show that Usher paid a woman 1.1 Million Dollars after infecting her with herpes, to stay mum about it.

The documents clearly show that the pop-star paid the woman a large amount of money to keep her mouth shut about him passing on the deadly-STD to her.

“Believing Raymond`s statements that [the discharge] had been nothing and cleared up, [she] continued her relationship” the legal documents reveal.

“In a series of telephone conversations and online chat sessions, [Usher] has apologized for infecting [her] and told her he would take care of things,” said the court.

That just explains how embarrassed he was of what he had done and he just wanted to make it up for the woman.

However, the documents reveal that the woman “feels that her health and body have been ruined”

“She has suffered severe emotional distress and has been extremely depressed … knowing there is no cure.”

Given the case was settled in 2012, yet the documents circulated online now have left some speculating the intentions behind this leak.
