Kangana Ranaut has made yet another controversial remark. Appearing on a national TV channel, the 'Queen' actress described 'Rangeela' actress and politician Urmila Matondkar as a "soft porn actress".

"It has been alleged that I am trying to please the BJP for a ticket. One doesn’t have to be a genius to figure that it isn’t very difficult for me to get a ticket,” the 'Manikarnika' actress, who recently left Mumbai owing to political vendetta, said.

Kangana didn't stop at this. She then said that Urmila is a soft porn star. "I know it’s very blatant. But she isn’t known for her acting. If she can get a ticket (Urmila contested on a Congress ticket in 2019 Lok Sabha elections), so can I," Kangana added.

Reacting to her views, journalist Faye DSouza said, "Calling Urmila Matondkar a soft-porn star is the kind of misogynistic behaviour we have been accusing politicians of for all these years. Kangana had no right to use that language against a colleague. In any other field of work, this would amount to harassment."
