Uriyadi Vijaykumar’s new film Pooja happened today

Uriyadi was premiered in cinemas in 2016, where Vijay Kumar was the protagonist, producer, writer, and director. The film opened to high critical acclaim, with critics providing phenomenal reviews praising its screenplay, direction, originality, and realism.

It is considered as an unmissable masterpiece and was lauded as one of Tamil cinema’s best political thrillers. Following Uriyadi’s commercial success and critical acclaim, Vijay Kumar made Uriyadi 2 under actor Surya’s 2D Entertainment. The sequel also managed to gain a pretty good name and commercial success.

After a successful duology, Vijay Kumar’s next went on to the floors today. Vijay is playing the lead in a film helmed by Abbas Rahmath, who worked as assistant director in Uriyadi 1&2. This will be a Youth Action Drama bankrolled by debut production house Reel Good Films.

The shoot of this flick began with a pooja today and will go on for the next few days. The music will be composed by 96 fame Govind Vasantha. The finalising of the rest of the cast & crew is in process.
