The 14th edition of Chennai International Film Festival will be held between December 15 to 23 in Chennai. 12 Tamil films will be screened in the festival.

The festival will have the screening of films selected for the Indian Panorama, films that won the Oscar Award for Best Foreign Language Film in 2015 and many films from countries like France. Brazil, Iran among others.

Today the list of 12 Tamil films that will be screened in the festival has been released and it includes two films of Suriya ('Pasanga 2' and '24') and three films of Vijay Sethupathi ('Naanum Rowdy Dhaan', 'Dharmadurai' and 'Iraivi').

The list has a good mixture of commercial and critically successful films and films that have won both .

The list also includes some unreleased films like 'Rubaai' and 'Sila Samayangalil'

So Chennai film enthusiasts can get the exciting offer two watch these two films before their mainstream release.

And those who missed to catch the unanimously acclaimed 'Uriyadi' can watch it in this festival screening.
