‘Uppena’, on its first Monday, emerged with flying colours at the box-office all over. It was its Day 4 and the film’s numbers suggest that it is going to be a double blockbuster, not just a blockbuster.
Its worldwide share now stands at Rs 33.64 Cr after four days. Nizam’s figure inched towards Rs 10 Cr. Vizag’s Rs 5 Cr, East Godavari’s Rs 2.84 Cr, West Godavari’s Rs 1.73 Cr, Krishna’s Rs 2.01 Cr, Guntur’s Rs 2.41 Cr, Nellore’s Rs 1.01 Cr, and Ceded’s Rs 4.52 Cr complete the area-wise break-up in the Telugu States. Of the total, AP and Telangana alone gave Rs 29.57 Cr.
About Rs 1.5 Cr came from overseas, while Karnataka gave a bit more. In the rest of India, the number crossed Rs 1 Cr.

Nizam’s Rs 1.35 Cr, Ceeded’s Rs 82 lakh, Vizag’s Rs 78 lakh, East Godavari’s Rs 48 lakh, West Godavari’s Rs 20.50 lakh, Krishna’s Rs 25 lakh, Guntur’s Rs 34 lakh and Nellore’s Rs 15 lakh amount to Rs 4.6 Cr in aggregate. Another Rs 75 lakh came from outside the Telugu States. The total is Rs 5.35 Cr.
