Dhanush has given the hot update on his next movie 'Asuran' which is that the final shooting schedule gets underway today which means that it will be wrapped up soon and get ready for release sometime this year.
'Asuran' directed by Vettrimaaran and produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu is based on the novel Vekkai written by Poomani with G.V. Prakash providing the music. Dhanush plays dual roles as father and son while Manju Warrier, Pasupathi, Balaji Shaktivel, Yogi Babu, Aadukalam Murugadoss, Pawan, Guru Somasundaram and Vijay Sethupathi in a cameo appearance
