Unni Mukundan was known for his six-pack muscular body and action hero image. Few would believe that this young hero could write lyrics and sing a song. Yes, that happened in Achayans.

The singer in him was identified by the director of Achayans Kannan Thamarakulam. It came to notice in a jugalbandi session between him and actor Jayaram in a party after the shoot of the film.

The request gained momentum when music director Ratheesh Vega also asked him to give a try. He has written and sang a three and a half minute long song. Anyway, all are waiting to hear it.
