'Muscle Aliyan' Unni Mukundan awards Mr. Kerala Police

Mollywood's 'Muscle Aliyan' Unni Mukundan's love for fitness is never-ending. Recently, the actor shared a picture of his new chubby look, that came as a surprise for many. The actor has gained weight and lost all his muscles for his character, an ordinary villager Jayakrishnan, in his upcoming movie 'Meppadiyan' movie.

Not many know that our dear fitness freak Unni is the brand ambassador for the Kerala Police's bodybuilding competition. Recently, the actor attended the competition held in Trivandrum. Taking to his social media page, the actor wrote a small note on the importance of fitness and also shared pictures from the event.

To begin with I congratulate the Kerala Police for conducting the Body Building Competition once again. And Honouring me by making me a part of it. Seated in the middle of the Two Lions Of The State Of Kerala, it was indeed one of the best moments for me !! It’s a great Initiative from the Kerala Police to bring health awareness amongst the youth and the society through such events !I personally take pride to be one of the torch bearers when it comes to propagating healthy lifestyles !Once again wishing all the very best to all the officers who took part in the event and put in their dedicated hours amidst their hectic working hours! Speaks volumes of their strong mindset !!

I genuinely encourage the youth to understand the importance of physical and mental
Fitness and try to dedicate an hour fromtheir hectic lifestyles for their personal well-being !Not necessarily hitting the gym or flexing muscles which is not an easy task but to encourage oneself into not being idle !Anyways love you all goodnight !

On the work front, Unni Mukundan was last seen in Mammootty starerr 'Mamangam', playing a warrior. The actor's performance was much appreciated. His next is 'Chocolate - Retold'.
