Indiaglitz recently reported that legendary actor Kamal Haasan is expected to make a comeback in Bollywood with a new project directed by Atlee. This rumoured film is speculated to be a multistarrer, similar to Kamal Haasan's recent ventures, 'Kalki 2898 AD' and 'Thug Life'. In this upcoming film, Kamal Haasan is set to team up with Bollywood superstar Salman Khan under Atlee's direction.

According to the latest reports, pre-production for this yet-to-be-titled film is slated to begin in October 2024. The final paperwork will be completed after Kamal Haasan and Salman Khan hear the full narration later this month. Filming for this highly-anticipated project is expected to start in January 2025. However, official confirmation from the production team is still awaited.

In terms of current projects, Kamal Haasan is busy filming 'Thug Life', directed by Mani Ratnam. He also has 'Kalki 2898 AD Part 2' and 'KH 237', directed by Anbariv, lined up. Meanwhile, Salman Khan is currently shooting for 'Sikandar', directed by AR Murugadoss.
