Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan and director Shankar is a highly successful combo which delivered the 1996 vigilante blockbuster, 'Indian'. The two reunited for the film's sequel a few years ago which got stuck in a hiatus midway. The project was revived in 2022 and is marching towards the finish line.

The sequel got split into parts after the revival and the team has wrapped up the talkie portions for 'Indian 2' &'Indian 3' already. We already broke to you that the makers are left with some song sequences to wrap up the shoot. As per the latest reports, the film's production is in the final stage as the team started shooting a massive song in Tiruvottiyur, Chennai in Shankar's style.

Kamal Haasan's 'Indian' look is painted on huge walls in larger than life size. This grand song will feature Siddharth and Priya Bhavani Shankar. The images of the 'Indian' character paintings on huge walls from the sets have surfaced over the internet and are doing rounds. The entire shooting of Indian 2 & 3 is expected to be wrapped up in the coming weeks.

'Indian 2 & 3' are a joint production of Lyca Productions and Red Giant Movies. The promotions will begin soon after the shooting is wrapped. We hear that 'Indian 2' will be released on a big date after the elections while 'Indian 3' is slated to hit the screens on a festival date in the latter half of the year.
