Actor-producer Udhayanidhi Stalin is contesting the upcoming Tamilnadu assembly elections 2021. He has been alloted the Chepauk constituency in Chennai in his first ever acid test in political career.

Udhay the son of DMK supreme M.K. Stalin and the grandson of the doyen of Indian and TN politics the late M Karunanidhi. In recent years after being appointed as the leader of youth wing of the party he has been pretty active on the field.

Udhayanidhi Stalin has also been in the forefront as the spokesman of the part voicing strongly against the opposition parties and also fielding questions about his own. He has also toured extensively throughout the state in the initial rounds of campaigning. The DMK has now announced all its cadidates who are going to face the polls on April 6th.
