Udhayanidhi Stalin is Karthick Subbaraj's next hero?

We had reported earlier that Udhayanidhi Stalin has signed his first film outside his home banner Red Giant Films for Sri Thenadal Films the shooting of which is scheduled to start in August this year once he completes his ongoing project directed by Suseenthiran.
Now comes an interesting buzz in Kollywood circles that Karthick Subbaraj is the director for this project. A huge curiosity has been drummed up due to the unlikely combination of Uday and Karthick Subbaraj. Stay tuned for official confirmation and other updates on this front.
