It is a well-known fact that actor, producer and MLA Udhayanidhi Stalin has Mari Selvaraj's 'Maamannan' and a film with director Magizh Thirumeni in the pipeline. On Monday, the title and first look motion poster of the upcoming movie was officially announced by the makers.

Produced by Red Giant Movies, Udhayanidhi - Magizh Thirumeni project is titled 'Kalagathalaivan' (which means the leader of Rebellion). The first look poster shows the Nenjuku Needhi actor's intense look amid some corporate buildings and a slum backdrop. Nidhhi Agerwal portrays the female lead in this film.

The makers have already shot some schedules for the film in and around Pondicherry. Reportedly, the director has completed more than 90% of the filming. Two composers will be scoring music for Kalagathalaivan - Srikanth Deva and Pisasu fame Arrol Corelli. The movie is said to be a high-octane action thriller just like Magizh's previous films.
