Udhaya bounces back

After a hiatus, actor Udhaya, elder brother of director Vijay of ÂPoi Solla Porom and ÂMadraspattinam fame, is back on track with renewed vim and vigour. He is currently busy with a handful of films.
The actor, who made his Kollywood debut with ÂThirunelveli in 2000, is currently busy with films such as ÂPoova Thalaiya and ÂRa RaÂ, besides a yet-to-be-titled film with his own brother.
ÂPoova Thalaiya is a racy entertainer by Sanjay Ram, who is a good friend of mine. While ÂRa Ra is a comedy caper, directed by Sandiyan. Santhanam is my companion in this movieÂ, he says.
On his film with Vijay, Udhaya says: ÂI am proud to join hands with my brother, as top actors like Vikram are thrilled at working with him. The movie is still in its beginning stagesÂ.
