Thalapathy Vijay is the talking point of social media after the grand audio launch of his upcoming film 'Sarkar' and his sensational speech in it. A user posted a question to Udayanidhi Stalin about how the DMK takes Vijay being called "Thalapathy". It's a known fact that the party leader M.K.Stalin had the prefix attached to his name for several decades.

Udayanidhi has replied that "Yes Vijay anna (brother) is the Thalapathy of the cine field and Ajith sir the Thala". Many fans are satisfied with this answer while some feel that the actor producer is trying to restrict Vijay to cinema while they want their mass heroes to enter the political arena.

Under his banner Red Giant Movies Uday has produced his first film 'Kuruvi' with Vijay as hero and later also bankrolled Ajith's biggest hit 'Mankatha'.
