It's known that the audio of the magnum opus, '2.0', will be released at a colorful event to be held on Oct 27 in Dubai. The venue is Burj Park (near the iconic Burj Khalifa structure) and the budget is a whopping Rs. 12 Cr.  The event will start at 7:30 p.m. (IST).  About 12000 passes have been printed.

Promos of both audio and video of the songs will be displayed on the big screen on the day.

A special interaction involving Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar will take place.  They will talk about their experience of doing the film.

A press meet will be held on the evening of Oct 26 in Dubai's Hotel Burj Al Arab.  Media outlets representing international publications and channels will attend this event.

Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Prime Minister of the UAE and the ruler of the Emirate of #Dubai, might well grace the event.  The same is yet to be officially confirmed.

Kamal Haasan has been invited and he has given a word that he will attend it.

What is going to make it a world-class is the special AR Rahman LIVE performance.  A song from '2.0' will be performed by the iconic musician with a team of 125 musicians.

Besides, Bosco & team will perform a spectacular dance performance.

The film's Teaser will be released at a grand event to be held in Hyderabad.   The date is November 22, and the venue is Shilpakala Vedika.  On December 12, the Trailer will be unveiled amid fanfare in Chennai on the occasion of the superstar's birthday.  The Telugu theatrical rights have been sold out for Rs. 81 Cr.  It will hit the screens on 25 January 2018
