UAE to emulate Mars city on Earth

A Hundred years from now people on earth would not need to worry about travelling to outer space to experience the sheer magic around it. UAE is thinking way ahead of time by laying plans to build a huge Mars Scientific City. The city will sprawl across 177,000 square metres (1.9 million square feet), there are a few limitations on what the city can do. Oxygen will not need to be generated, nor will the citizens be subjected to the radiation conditions of Mars.
UAE officials have yet to release a timeline for the project, but presumably it's on a faster track than the original plan to complete it by 2117. This is the first time a country has put in humungous efforts to emulate the red planet which will be built into the future.
