In a shocking incident in Hyderabad, two women who had asked lift to a biker, tried to snatch his chain and run away before people in the locality of Yamnampet chased and caught them, handing them over to the police. Following this, the two women were taken on judicial custody.

Ravi Shankar, an accountant hailing from Nagaram, and working in Bibi Nagar had been returning from work yesterday evening, and around 5:30, he saw two women waving hands asking for a lift, near Ashapur HPCL. As Shankar offered the ride, the trio were traveling and the two women told him to stop near Yamnampet crossroads.

When the two women got down the bike, they got hold of his gold chain, and tried to run away from the spot, but Shankar held firm to the chain, and in the confrontation, the chain fell down. The two women took the chain from the ground and tried to escape from the spot, but as Shankar screamed for help, the people in the locality swiftly got into action, caught the two women, and following their arrest, Shankar's chain was returned to him.
